Water's Edge has two different floor plans for our garden homes each available upstairs or downstairs. All upstairs apartments will have an interior stairway and vaulted ceilings in your living room. Downstairs units will have large storage closets.

The downstairs Concourse Garden apartment is 905 sq. ft. and rents between $1,030 - $1,120 per month.
The upstairs Concourse is 948 sq ft renting between $1,050 - $1,140 per month.
The downstairs Premier Garden apartment is 1,057 sq. ft. and rents between $1,125 - $1,230 per month.
The upstairs Premier is 1,090 sq. ft. renting between $1,175 - $1,280 per month.
